Researchers from the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences came to CARI for discussion and research

On the morning of October 23rd, 4 members of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences visited CARI, and the two sides discussed the construction of the political system at the grass-roots level. Prof. Liang Shuhong, Deputy Dean of CARI and related researchers attended the forum.
